School Fundraising OPPORTUNITIES
Kate’s Skating Rinks offers several fundraising opportunities that your school or group can take advantage of. Join us for a traditional School Skate Night, or ask our management about an exclusive NERF Night. Fundraising can be a hassle, but at Kate’s, all you have to do is pick your available date and let us take care of the rest. Kate’s will provide fliers, handouts, and any other content your group or organization may need to promote your night. Payouts are given out that night to the representative of the group or organization booking the event. All Non-Profits require a current W9 before payouts are made.
Book your initial 2025 school fundraiser on any available Tuesday or Wednesday evening at our Indian Trail location. Or, any available Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday Evening at our Gastonia location in August, September, or October 2025, and your school will receive a bonus up to a 50% Payout during these months!
When you book your first fundraiser of the 2025-2026 school year, ask about booking a FREE Welcome Back Skate Night for the 2025-2026 school year! This special is available on select weeknights and some select Friday evenings at both of our locations. How does it work? Anyone from your school will receive FREE ADMISSION from 5 pm to 8 pm, and there is a $5 fee that includes Skate Rental and the Play Area admission for the little ones. Our staff will create passes for your school to distribute before the event, and we will deliver them to the school in advance.
Do you think your school will have a better turnout on a Friday evening? Book and host your event before the end of October 2025, and your school will receive an additional incentive for the Friday Night Fundraiser. Looking for something new? Book your NERF NIGHT FUNDRAISER today! This is a non-skating fundraiser, so there’s no need to worry about kids who may not know how to skate. Kate’s provides all the supplies you need for an action-packed event. Nerf Nights are a fantastic alternative to traditional events.
